Getting started…

What is LYD NDIS?

A done-for-you website and growth system built specifically for NDIS providers, part of Sharktech Global's Launch Your Dream Series and running on the VCPility platform. It turns registration, screening, insurance and reviews into facts a family can check.

Do you work with unregistered providers?

Yes. Most providers operating today are unregistered, and the same visibility problems apply. If you are moving toward registration, the system is built to make that transition visible to families and Support Coordinators as it happens.

How long does a build take?

Launch goes live fastest because there is no website build in it. Elevate and Dominate depend on the agreed page count and how quickly approved content comes back from you. Discovery, configuration and training are scheduled before work starts, so you know the dates before you commit.

What happens to our existing website?

It depends on the plan and the state of the site. Launch leaves it alone and adds the enquiry system behind it. Elevate and Dominate either replace it or refresh it if the existing site is suitable. Nothing is switched over until you have seen and approved the replacement.

What is an NDIS automation platform?

An NDIS automation platform connects non-clinical business tasks such as enquiry capture, referral tracking, follow-up, appointment booking and reporting. LYD NDIS combines these functions with CRM, AI chat and optional website and growth services for Australian NDIS providers.

Is LYD NDIS designed specifically for Australian NDIS providers?

Yes. LYD NDIS is configured around Australian NDIS provider services, locations, participant and family enquiries, Support Coordinator referrals and pre-intake workflows. It does not replace rostering, service delivery or claiming software.

What should I look for in the best NDIS automation platform?

Look for NDIS-specific configuration, a clear enquiry pipeline, AI-to-human handover, transparent usage charges, team training, exportable data and reporting that identifies services, locations and referral sources. The platform should work alongside your care-management systems.

Can I try a free LYD NDIS demo account?

Yes. Australian NDIS providers can request a free demo account with sample enquiry data. You can explore the CRM, referral pipeline, website chat and booking flow without using real participant information or providing payment details.

How do I get started?

Book a free demo. The team looks at your current website and enquiry process, shows you the live system, and gives you a straight answer on fit. No obligation, and no proposal unless you ask for one.

Pricing and plans…

How much does it cost?

Three tiers, published upfront and excluding GST. Launch is $220/month, Elevate is $850/month and Dominate is $1,450/month, the same price whether you pay monthly or annually. There is no quote to chase.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee on any plan.

What is included in Launch?

The NDIS enquiry CRM, a custom intake pipeline, the website AI assistant trained on your supports and service areas, intake-call booking, instant enquiry notifications, conversation history and up to 1,000 AI responses a month. Team onboarding and a monthly assistant health check are included.

What is included in Elevate?

Everything in Launch, plus an NDIS website of up to 15 pages written for participants, families and referrers, dedicated pages for priority supports and suburbs, local SEO and AI-search optimisation, review monitoring, one scheduled social update a week, a referral follow-up journey and a monthly visibility report.

What is included in Dominate?

Everything in Elevate, plus Google and Meta Ads management, campaign landing pages, a new service or suburb page each month, advanced SEO and AI-search work, Google Business Profile management, managed social and LinkedIn content, multi-step nurture workflows, tracking by service and referral source, and a monthly strategy session.

How does the Founding Provider Promotion work?

Sign your agreement and pay your first invoice by 15 September 2026 to secure the current promotional rate for your first 12 months while your subscription remains continuously active. The offer closes at 11:59 pm AEST and is subject to onboarding capacity. If you cancel, the promotional rate ends. After the first 12 months, the applicable standard rate applies, and we will provide at least 30 days written notice before any pricing change.

Can I start with Launch and upgrade later?

Yes. Launch is designed as the operating foundation. Your contacts, conversations and pipeline stay in place when you add Elevate or Dominate.

What will I pay for optional add-ons?

Google Business Profile management is $100 + GST per month with Launch or Elevate. It is included with Dominate. LinkedIn management is $200 + GST per month with Elevate and included with Dominate. WhatsApp automation is $50 + GST per month, excluding Meta message fees. The AI voice receptionist starts at $100 + GST per month. It includes up to 150 AI-handled minutes for approved FAQs, lead capture and booking. Extra-minute charges are separate.

How much does a starter NDIS website cost?

Launch plan clients can add a new starter website or suitable website refresh from $1,500 + GST for up to five agreed pages. The offer includes a professional mobile-friendly layout, basic on-page SEO, a CRM-connected enquiry form and two consolidated revision rounds. Hosting, domain registration, premium software, custom copywriting, complex integrations, platform migration and work outside the agreed starter scope are quoted separately.

How much does a custom NDIS website cost?

A custom NDIS website starts from $5,999 + GST. It is intended for providers that need tailored design, stronger participant and referrer journeys, multi-location structure or deeper CRM and booking integration. Final page count, messaging, copywriting, accessibility requirements, integrations, photography, video, hosting, premium software and development scope are confirmed and quoted before work begins.

Is a StoryBrand website included with Dominate?

Yes. Dominate includes the agreed initial StoryBrand NDIS website package, valued at $5,000, during onboarding at no additional website-build fee. It is the initial website included with Dominate, not a second website. The offer has no cash or credit value, and custom development or work outside the agreed onboarding scope is quoted separately.

Is there a tier above Dominate?

No. Dominate is the ceiling for LYD NDIS.

What it does, and what it doesn't…

What does it connect to?

Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are connected today. Rostering, case management, claiming, document storage and telephony are assessed case by case against the specific application and its API access. We do not list a platform as integrated before the connection is built and tested.

Will it replace our case management system?

No, and it is not meant to. It handles the work before intake: the enquiry, the referral, the follow-up and the booking. Participant records, case notes, rostering and service delivery stay in the systems you already run.

Does it handle NDIA claiming or funding checks?

No. It does not touch claiming, funding checks or plan management, and it does not make suitability decisions. It records what someone asked for and makes sure the right person on your team follows it up.

What is AEO, and why does it matter?

Answer Engine Optimisation is structuring your information so an AI assistant can quote it. When someone asks an assistant which provider to use in their suburb, it answers from sources it can read and verify. If your registration, services and coverage are not published in a form it can read, you are not in that answer.

Why does timing matter?

Registration requirements are tightening and the number of registered providers is expected to rise sharply. The providers whose credentials are already visible and dated on their own site are the ones referrers find first.

Is the AI assistant replacing our intake team?

No. It handles first response, common questions and referral capture. Your team receives an organised NDIS enquiry and takes over whenever participant context, suitability or human judgement is needed.

What happens after 1,000 AI responses?

We review usage with you. Additional responses can be billed at an agreed rate or the allowance can be upgraded. We do not silently add an unlimited usage charge.

How quickly does the system begin creating value?

You start seeing the operational benefit when your enquiry pipeline, website assistant and notifications go live. Search visibility, reputation and paid campaigns take longer to develop, so Elevate and Dominate include ongoing work after launch.

How quickly do enquiries get answered once it is live?

Immediately, for first response. Missed-call text-back fires within seconds of a missed call, and the website assistant answers common questions day or night, then hands a tagged enquiry to your team. How fast a human follows up is down to your own process, which is exactly what the pipeline makes visible.

Contracts, data and proof…

Who owns the domain and the content?

You do. The domain is registered to your business and the content is yours. If you leave, it goes with you.

What happens if we cancel?

There is no lock-in contract. You can stop at the end of any billing period.

Is participant data safe?

The system handles enquiry and pre-intake information, not participant records, case notes or claiming. Access is per-user so you control who sees what, and records can be exported. It sits alongside your existing case management system rather than replacing it, so clinical and claiming data stays where it already is.

Do you guarantee participant referrals or revenue?

No. Participant choice, service fit and revenue depend on factors outside any marketing platform. We track where enquiries come from, report what is happening and show you what can be improved.

Do you have client numbers or reviews you can share?

Not yet, and we will not invent them. What we can show you is the product itself: this site runs on it, the chat in the corner is it answering, and a free demo account lets you push a realistic enquiry through the whole pipeline before you decide.
